
Quality of service - instant reporting; reports with clear information on findings and defects, details of remedial work needed for quoting purposes and any other issues found on site. We report to the client, whether that is the property manager, building owners and/or responsible persons with costs to remediate where necessary / required. These can be used to gather quotes from other suppliers, or to instruct Findan to resolve the issues directly.
